Part Complexity & Size: Simple, smaller parts made from readily available materials like Aluminum A356 can be delivered on the shorter end of the spectrum. Larger, more complex parts with intricate cores will take longer.
Pattern Method: 3D-printed patterns are fastest for complex geometries, while CNC-machined patterns might be slightly quicker for simple, block-like shapes.
Post-Processing Requirements: If the prototype requires extensive Post Machining or surface finishing like Powder Coating, this will add to the overall lead time.
